The difference between me and other trainers is that I’ve actually been in your shoes. I didn’t grow up playing organized sports or have guidance with proper nutrition. I know what it’s like to be on that “fast food” diet, I also know what it’s like to get into the best shape of my life, and I can guarantee the latter is a much better feeling.

I’m a personal trainer and former co-owner of the Mogul Fitness Training Center.
My main focus is to help people improve the way their body feels and the way they feel about their body through resistance training and plant-based nutrition. I’ve been plant-based for over a year and the benefits are way too many to list out here.
I’m not one to try and force others to completely stop eating meat/dairy, you do whatever the hell you want lol. I believe you’ll make the decision that’s best for you.
I rather focus on sharing the most satiating plant-based meals, broadening your perception of what eating plant-based actually consists of, with the goal of you trying/enjoying the variety of these amazing foods. Then at a minimum, wanting to incorporate some into your daily diet to improve your health, and build your ideal body.
So that way, if you decide to go 100% plant-based or 50%, either way, I can say I’ve done my job as it will have lead to you being in better health with a better looking/operating body than you had prior to being here.
